It is normal for hair wig to shed a few strands but that does not mean it will hamper the overall volume of your hair wig at any point. It is normal for wigs to have a few grey or red strands, which we try our best to remove it, but since it is 100% human hair, it is very natural & not a sign of a damaged product.
We recommend washing your The Shell Hair human hair wigs after 25-30 uses. Unless you wear it daily, you can probably use your best judgement in how often to wash it. You don't need to use any styling products on your wig but if you do, be gentle as to preserve the life of your Shell Hair Luxury full head wig.

Storage :

Gently comb and detangle the human hair wig by then store it in The Shell Hair box provided.

Cleaning :

Frequent wash is not required for wigs. But when you wash your wig, we do not recommend washing full head wig with shampoo, as it may make the hair rough.
Before washing, you should detangle The Shell Hair wigs using a gentle brush from its ends to its roots. We recommend brushing your full head wig before you put them on and after you remove them.
Apply hair conditioner or hair spa while washing it. There is no need to oil it, as these are dead hair. Keep the conditioner on the wig for at least 1.5 hours, after which you can wash it.
After washing, let the wig dry naturally.
If you want to style your wig, it is suggested that you get a mannequin head, put your wig on it, and then style it for the best results. You may
use a hair serum or heat protectant before you style them for a neater yet
shinier result.
