Return and Shipping Policy
- Every effort is made so as to service the order placed, as per the specifications and timeliness mentioned with respect to a products. If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from our side, the order is not shipped or delivered then such orders stands cancelled, and the amount paid by you is Refunded.
- The order cannot be cancelled once placed.
- We will not process a return if you have placed the order for the wrong product model, color or incorrect product or service. However you can request us at [email protected] to change the order to the one you desire.
- We don’t have Return and Refund policy for products due to strict Hygiene reason.
- We offer Exchange only if you receive Damaged products. Contact us at [email protected] if the product is damaged and our team will assist you further.
- Video while opening the product is Mandatory
- Pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address and your address.
- The product shall be returned in its original packaging
- We do not accept liability for packages damaged during the return transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to pack the product properly to prevent any damage during transit.
- If the product fulfills all the criteria, you will be informed and exchange will be processed.
- The order returned must accompany all accessories(including Wig Clips) which were serviced along with the order or else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the amount.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING THE TRANSIT
- Video while opening the product is Mandatory
- Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in defective condition or has physical damage within 5 hours of receipt of the product.
- We will organize to repair the damaged product or collect it and replace it with an equivalent product, provided that you connect us within 5 hours of receipt of the product.
- Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product.
ORDER NOT CONFIRMED BUT AMOUNT DEDUCTED
If the amount has been deducted and the order is not confirmed, please do contact your respective bank. It takes 7(seven) Business Days to reverse back the amount by the respective bank.

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this policy, we may refuse to provide repair, replacement, or refund for a product or service you purchased if:
- The product purchased is sale items or promotional items(discounts,giveaways, etc.)
- Misused the product in a way that caued the problem.
- Gifts or free services.
- The Product is broken or tampered.
- Any other exceptions apply under the Consumer Protection Act, 2022.

- The Shell Hair provides free standard shipping on all orders above INR999.
- All orders placed will be shipped within 2-4 business days.
- The expected delivery time is around:
- 7-10 working days for standard shipping and
- 3-5 working days for express shipping.
- Business days are Monday – Friday excluding scheduled fulfillment centers closed.
- Orders placed after 12PM IST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
- Custom orders do not qualify for these shipping and delivery timelines.
- Express orders are shipped via air, but there is no guarantee of a specific delivery date. Delays can still occur due to various factors.
- Shipping Times: International orders generally take 4-7 business days for delivery after being shipped.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for international orders vary based on the delivery destination and the weight of the order. The customer will be notified of the total cost before they complete the order.
- Customs Fees: All international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer to be paid to your local carrier or government.
- Return Policy: We do not accept exchanges or returns on international orders because of strict hygein reason.
- Delivery Address: International orders must be shipped to the same address listed by the customer when placing an order on The Shell Hair’s Website
- Cancellations: If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they must do so within 12 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: We are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages during transit. If a package is damaged or lost, the customer must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are NOT liable for any shipments rejected by the customer and will not be accepting any returns for them.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at [email protected] or whatsApp us at +91 9588251283 as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
